1 What documentation is provided if a student completes the course?
Students will receive a certificate of completion from the vendor directly. Most courses allow students to print certificates directly from their computer.
2 What credit cards does The eLearning Center accept?
Visa and Mastercard
3 How do I know the information I enter during checkout is secure?
  • All exchanges of customer information are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption.
  • Customer Credit Card information is never stored/or retained in the database. This information is passed to the processor and then discarded.
  • Communication between the processor and The eLearning Center is also encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption.
  • The eLearning Center is fully PCI and CISP compliant.

4 How will refunds for vendor courses be handled?
User agrees to pay Licensor the total course price specified and agrees that no refunds shall be issued for any reason after the password has been issued to User, whether or not User used any of the course materials or participated in or completed any course.
